Montessori Seniors 5 years– 6 years 10.00 A.M. to 2.00.P.M

Document Required

  • ✫Birth Certificate issued By Government Authority
  • ✫Aadhar Card of Student
  • ✫Aadhar Card of Both Parents
  • ✫Latest Photograph of the Student.
  • ✫Passport size photograph of the Parents.
  • ✫Caste Certificate of the Student, if the Student belongs to SC/ST/Category-1/ Minority -2A/2B.
  • ✫Bank Pass Book first sheet showing name & account details of parent, if the Student belongs to SC/ST.
  • ✫Income Certificate of the Parent.
  • ✫Transfer Certificate from the previous Institution if the student is joining for LKG-Mont-2 or UKG-Mont-3.
  • ✫Report Card from the previous Institution if the student is joining for LKG-Mont-2 or UKG-Mont-3.
  • ✫Copy of the Residential Address proof (Aadhar / Passport / Sale Deed / Purchase Deed / rental agreement / electrical bill / phone bill)
  • ✫Copy of the front page of the Passport - only if the child is a foreign national and holds a foreign passport.
