Aims and Objectives

  • ✫We have a fixed number of students we admit to each class and we will not compromise on it as we aim to provide the best for each child.
  • ✫We have a fixed age criterion for each class and do not admit students outside the age group.

    • RTE Information

    Imperial abides by the laws of government and strongly supports the Right to Education (RTE) 2009.As per the rule, the non-governmental schools are required to reserve 25% of the seats for the children of economically weaker section of the society. Imperial welcomes students allotted by government with open arms.

    Admission Guidelines

  • ✫Submitting a registration form does not guarantee admission.
  • ✫We cannot confirm admission for all applicants.
  • ✫We do not entertain admission queries made through mail or over the phone.
  • ✫The Admissions Committee carefully reviews each application and the decision is conveyed by SMS.
  • ✫The school's administration has sole authority over candidate selection.
  • ✫We do not collect any donations or voluntary contributions before, during or after the admission process. If anyone demands or collects the above in the school's name, the management is not responsible.
  • ✫Applications with discrepancies in the date of birth on the application form and the original birth certificate will be rejected.
  • ✫We do not encourage inter-school transfer and such requests after admission are not encouraged or entertained.
  • ✫Proximity to school cannot be claimed as a right for admission.

    Admission Process

    Document Required

    • ✫Birth Certificate issued By Government Authority
    • ✫Aadhar Card of Student
    • ✫Aadhar Card of Both Parents
    • ✫Latest Photograph of the Student.
    • ✫Passport size photograph of the Parents.
    • ✫Caste Certificate of the Student, if the Student belongs to SC/ST/Category-1/ Minority -2A/2B.
    • ✫Bank Pass Book first sheet showing name & account details of parent, if the Student belongs to SC/ST.
    • ✫Income Certificate of the Parent.
    • ✫Transfer Certificate from the previous Institution if the student is joining for Grade 2 onwards
    • ✫Report Card from the previous Institution if the student is joining for Grade -1.
    • ✫Copy of the Residential Address proof (Aadhar / Passport / Sale Deed / Purchase Deed / rental agreement / electrical bill / phone bill)
    • ✫Copy of the front page of the Passport - only if the child is a foreign national and holds a foreign passport.
